Linda has enjoyed more than 30 years experience as a full time Realtor and looks forward to many more.

She delights in meeting people face to face, and believes staying in touch with the client to be primary.

Seventy five percent of her business is by referral. She is a people person and values her relationships and relishes the opportunity to meet new people. Striving consistently for better business methods and efficiency, allows her to serve her clients with expert proficiency. Trusting, satisfied clients, is paramount.

She is aware today’s economy is challenging for many clients and requires compassion and understanding in negotiating some of the tough hurdles that we are being forced to experience. Knowledge is primary in navigating these situations. Therefore, education within her business is ongoing. She has obtained the recent designation as a “Certified Distressed Property Expert” and am prepared to assist clients in these matters.

She maintains membership with a number of professional organizations that provide her with expert and legal advice when required. Staying informed, obtaining continual education and being effective is another way of providing the best service.

She is the proud mother of three successful daughters, age 41, 38, and 36 and the ever so proud grandmother of twins. She understands family desires, concerns, dynamics and the importance of family and friends.
